As a Career Ownership Coach™, I help people who may no longer be content with their career in the corporate world. As a Career Ownership Coach™ I will help you to re-center and rethink your goals, needs and expectations. I provide the tools and perspective, in a safe space without pressure or judgement, that allow for education, exploration and the discovery of possibilities you never considered before.  We’ll embark on a journey together that will lead you to a point of clarity and allow you to make the choices that are best for your new career of self-sufficiency. 

I was part of the corporate world for more than 30 years before I made the transition to career ownership coaching with The Entrepreneur Source following a self-diagnosis of “battered career syndrome”.  I was frustrated, burnt out and at cross-roads. I wanted something more; to take control of my destiny. I found clarity, redefined my goals, acknowledged my needs and I can help you to do the same.  Let’s turn that exasperation into satisfaction and self-sufficiency! 

 I live in the beautiful Adirondack mountains of NY with my husband and our dog Blue. I have a great many hobbies and enjoy ballroom dancing, skiing and kayaking. I love learning new things, a good adventure and the great outdoors.

Work history.

Over my 30+ year career in marketing technologies at start-up and fortune 100 & 500 companies I have an extensive history in multi-channel retail and direct to consumer marketing and managing a portfolio of clients to drive increased revenue, margin, retention and growth opportunities. I created long lasting relationships and successfully managed the implementation of technologies that grew many of the great brands in the retail space today.  My areas of expertise included: 

  • Large scale Martech Enterprise system implementation and integration 
  • SaaS, Relational Database Marketing, AI Modeling and Analytics 
  • Digital and Print production, including USPS operations  
  • Coaching, Mentoring, and Leadership Development 

My 30+ year career afforded to me a great many experiences that I can empathize with my clients today.
